Not E, but you can do it by just tabbing over to the Properties dialog box when you're in Ranked Spelling and hitting "enter" on it. There are some other options in there as well.

You know you can ask rank spelling to ignore the capitalized words
right? That way you get  a different kind of rating. Perhaps
bookshare can make it's ratings reflect capitalization somehow.
