I suggest that in Kurzweil we initially check ranked spelling with
capitalized words included in the check. This would enable us to
determine if there are obvious problems in the reco of capitalized words
themselves. Some books have the habit also of having the 1st line of
each chapter in CAPITALIZED-ONLY chars, which may lead to some further
spurious lowering of quality rating. Last, but not least, other books --
like military fiction -- have a lot of words containing mixed alph and
numeric chars -- like F-15 for example. Once again, there is a setting in
ranked spelling properties to turn off this check.

I suggest that,  when editing the book these switches be left active;
however when doing a final rating, the switches be turned off, as many of
these outwardly misrecoed words are in the printed text. As you know, I
am draconian at heart on the subject of quality, but. . . we do not want
to "throw out the baby with the bath water"! G.
