Hmmm, if I understand things correctly, you would want to list all the
authors that appear on the title page. Usually, that assumes that the volume
contains just one book, whether by a single or multiple authors. If the
submission has a separate title page for each book in a single volume, and
they are by separate authors, then, on the submission form, I believe that
you would still need to list the authors that appear on each title page for
each book in the volume.
I hope that's clear, and that I am not steering you wrong. I think that's
the way to do it, though.
