Maria, I don't think it makes any difference. My understanding is that
Bookshare removes extra blank lines anyway. I often leave two blank lines
between the page number and the text and it comes out fine, not showing that
extra blank line; I think the same logic would apply for extra blank lines
at the bottom of the page. Jill
