I had the same problem, but solved it. If you made the same mistake I made then I am surprised at you, Anne. You should know better. When I first downloaded it and placed it on my thumb drive I put it in the audio+podcasts folder that I created for the purpose and place that folder in the $VRDTB folder that I already had on the drive from having used the Humanware companion to load BARD books. I heard only "please respect" repeated over and over. I tried it without the audio+podcasts folder and got the same results. I tried it on the route directory with the same result. Finally, I placed it in the audio+podcasts folder on the route directory and it worked just fine. As for the Stream, I have not yet tried it on that, but I am sure that it will work. I am sure that you already know this, but for someone else who might be reading this and doesn't know let me say that the audio+podcasts folder will be unnecessary on the Stream. I would expect that it would work best in the other books folder, but you might want to try it in the $VRDTB folder since it is supposed to be Daisy. However, someone else did report that it would not work in that folder even on the Stream.

Hi all,I downloaded a book, unzipped it to a cartridge and the DTBM wouldn't play it, kept saying 'please respect, please respect, please respect...'. I dunnow what's going on, but I'm going to try copying it to the Stream and see if it doesn't do better.Ann P.
