Hi Kristin,
Folks are having trouble checking in books that were submitted
before the new web site went live. You didn't have trouble because the book
that you proofread was submitted after the launch of the new web site.

Hum that's interesting because I checked my book in last evening and I got
through the whole process just fine. I wonder why it's working for some of
us and not for others? Are you guys trying to sumitt books to be proof read
which have been scanned? Or are you attempting to check in a book you have
proof read? Because mine was one I had proof read instead of a scanned book
to be proof read. Sorry you are having problems and I'd just report them to
magement and hopefully the problem can be solved. Hopes the information here
helps you guys figure this stuff out and just keep trying because it
aventually has to work. Hang in there everyone who's having these
difficulties and I hope you are having a great day despite feeling
frustrated with technology. Take care and have a great weekend!
