Thanks guys. I'm sure this is the case for this book. I looked it up on amazon.com and worldcatlibraries.org, finding the book, but no isbn. It is a book published this decade, but on a small scale, because the market for it was small. It was published by a company the publishes magazines for the industry it is directed at.
