You can still submit it. Not every book has an ISBN. The older they are the
less likely it is that they have an ISBN and all books published before
1968 are without an ISBN. When you submit it you will get no prefilled
information and you will just have to fill it all in yourself.

The book I started scanning, The Silver Saddle by Bob Ruxer, has all the
copyright information, but I can't find the ISBN. Does this mean I won't
be able to submit it? I've checked the front of the book, with all the
other copyright information, as well as the back of the book.
