Hi, Bob, I can attest to the fact that Misha does good scans. The one I
dealt with was great. He was also helpful when I needed to verify words I
was reading. It also helped to be familiar with Biblical nomenclature.

I didn't recognize the name either when I checked out the book, just that it
had been on the checkout list for quite some time, and it looked
interesting.

I have just been informed that "infinity plus" by Keith Brooke and Nick
Gevers has been accepted by bookshare.
Unfortunately, I don't remember who scanned it. It was an excellent scan,
especially the use of point type to create the daisy divisions.
