I didn't recognize the name either when I checked out the book, just that
it had been on the checkout list for quite some time, and it looked interesting.
However, I won't hesitate to do another book Michael scans.

I have just been informed that "infinity plus" by Keith Brooke and Nick
Gevers has been accepted by bookshare.
Unfortunately, I don't remember who scanned it. It was an excellent scan,
especially the use of point type to create the daisy divisions.
Anyway, thanks to an unsung hero of the scanner.
