Hi Jim,
I think we're stuck with publisher quality books unless the daisy
translator has something to do with the problem. Again, make a book quality
report, which I didn't mention before, and write to volunteer@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
and ask.

The way to fix this is to ask Carrie to put the original rtf back on the
check in books list, download it fix the errors and re-submit the rtf.
