Actually, Cindy, if you want to point that out, then you should say that Bookshare means, not Jake, because Jake is simply using Bookshare's terminology. If you look at the heading for the section of the volunteer pages which contains the links for the Step 1 Download and Step 2 Upload links, you'll see that Bookshare uses the term "publish" for adding books to the collection.
