I ordered the book, but then I checked on bookshare and found the fourth edition (from 2001) is already there. From the description on the publisher web site, this could be substantially revised so it should be worthwhile to have the newer edition, but just thought I'd let you know.

Misha, yes indeed. It'll be useful for much longer than that. :) -Alyssa -----Original Message----- From: bksvol-discuss-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:bksvol-discuss-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of misha Sent: Friday, February 22, 2013 7:03 PM To: bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Re: Dictionary of Eye Terminology: 6th Edition Interesting, this new edition is cheaper than most of the used copies (though still not what I would call cheap) and since it is spiral bound, it would be real easy to scan without damaging the book so I might be able to resell it. I have a couple other projects in the mill and it would take at least a week just to get to me. Would the book still be useful in a month? I would try to scan it, but seeing how it's a dictionary, I can only imagine what Kurzweil would do to it. Thanks.
