Thanks Misha. I saw that as well and noted comparisons. That was the main
reason I requested this one. Had it been only one edition newer, I probably
would not have thought much about it.

I ordered the book, but then I checked on bookshare and found the fourth
edition (from 2001) is already there. From the description on the
publisher web site, this could be substantially revised so it should be
worthwhile to have the newer edition, but just thought I'd let you know.
