I am working on fixing Atlas Shrugged and am wondering how to make the
DAISY headers come out right when I re-submit.
I've seen references to changing the font sizes on the text that
should trigger such headers but am worried if I do that the pagination
will break. Due to that concern I haven't actually tried yet.
Does anyone know what the exact requirements of the conversion tool
are? The guide isn't particularly helpful on this area.
