Just make a book quality report, and let the folks responsible for
making the error fix it. If they're made aware of the kinds of things that
they're missing, they can better look for that kind of thing in future.
Hold folks accountable for their work, don't fix it for them. Just my
opinion.

I am working on fixing Atlas Shrugged and am wondering how to make the DAISY
headers come out right when I re-submit.
I've seen references to changing the font sizes on the text that should
trigger such headers but am worried if I do that the pagination will break.
Due to that concern I haven't actually tried yet.
Does anyone know what the exact requirements of the conversion tool are?
The guide isn't particularly helpful on this area.
