Hi, everybody. I'm currently scanning a book a friend and fellow Bookshare member asked for called Bob Vila's Guide To Buying Your Dream House. It's got a 2-page chart of closing costs and fees that I'm going to ask my daughter to help me proofread tomorrow afternoon. Then it will be ready to submit. It has chapters on buying a condo as well and has a lot of good information on getting a mortgage that works well for you.
