MMarissa, Are you really afraid to lead a blind person? Many people are, but there are some things about which you don't need to worry. Unless people are hearing impaired as well as blind, they would not let you lead them into walls.. Of course when a door is opening as in Dave's example it could crack one in the head. But if you really meant you are afraid of running a blind person into something, I am disappointed in you. There will be plenty of people at csun whom you can observe and maybe come to terms with this fear. <smile> Sue S. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Marissa Mika" <Marissa.M@xxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Monday, March 14, 2005 12:22 PM Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Re: CSUN It's true. I'm petrified of Peter, mostly because I'm afraid of walking him into walls and potted plants, not to mention swimming pools. We'll be renaming CSUN "Revenge of the Klutz". Oh, and Vegas really isn't my cup of tea. I'm getting ready by being in Las Vegas for my annual pre CSUN stop over. The bad part for me is getting up at like 6 in the morning to take care of business before going out for some fun. I'll be meeting another member of the staff here this weekend, but it isn't Marissa. In reality, she's scared of me. Peter M.
