It depends on how it's pronounced. The word the person
used is spelled p i l a t e. So if it was heard or
seen as pilate, as in Pontius Pilate, then the only
joke would be what Pratik caught--that f t's on
auto-pilot there would be no response, as she asked.
But if it was not seen and was pronounced as the
now-popular exercise program,  pil ah tes, i.e. auto
pil ah te, it might strike someone ,like Ann,funny.
