Here is what I suggest:
Check with the copyright office's database to make certain that the book
is listed there. If it is, note that in the comments field.
If not, paste the copyright info as it appears in the book into the
comments field.
The problem is that Gustavo has too many books to approve and not enough
time to do the work. Hence, if he has any doubt, the book is kicked back
until someone verfies the info to his satisfaction.
So pasting the matching info from the book (or reporting a finding from
the copyright office database)
is what will relax his mind.
And, oh yes, book submitters do make mistakes so the questioning on his
part is reasonable.
