This may be a violation of KY listserv, but I spent most of this week visiting my mother who's at a nursing home type facility in Jamestown, NY. I stayed at my brother's house nearby and spent 3 days observing a rough-legged hawk. A new bird for me and quite interesting. Joe Swanson, Fayette Co.
