There was a bit more activity today than I had experience this year. Not a
great deal of variety but some very nice views. I doubled the number of Canada
Warblers I had for my life time to 6. And I had both Swainson’s and
Gray-cheeked thrush in my binoculars at same time. Cape May was the most
abundant warbler seen; Tennessee the noisiest. Oddly I identified more female
warblers than male, with a lone female Bay-breasted as my favorite.
