Andy Lantz of Nashville came by early this afternoon, becoming the 68th Harris's Sparrow visitor. He wasn't quite as lucky as the Texans. Took a 53 minute wait for Jeeves to appear. But Jeeves did spent some time perched on a branch of the shrub before making a quick run on the spilled thistle seed and at closer range than most pre-yard visitors. I'm still having to spend a lot of time guarding the seed from the Grackles, but I think all are getting enough to survive. Remaining thick coat of snow hard as stone today.
