Thanks for the comments Wil, please lend me your opinion of any sites. I hope to add Sunglow to the list after a visit scheduled for April. I feel I need to use a site personally to add it, but if a get a thorough review on a new site from an experienced observer that would work. I am considering putting other observers comments on the page if I get them. More light pollution, fewer stars (as you would expect). Feel free to argue my ratings, the whole point is to get everyone's opinions. There is probably a stupid mistake or two in there somewhere.
