Folks,
You realize that you can change the list host any time that you would
like to. There's no cost involved in either situation. I took over the
freelists.org option because it's what was available at the time. As
most of you know, I've traded my Astro-nights for model railroading
days, so I have no skin in this game regardless.
If someone wants to take the reigns and start a Groups.io list, the only
thing holding you back is you doing just that.

Well that's just plain stupid. HACAstro, the Huachuca Astronomy Club--
maillist is now on Groups.io and most of the defunct Yahoo! astro groups
have migrated to Groups.io. What's our problem? Dave and Tom C., I'd like
to request this be addressed at the next board mtg if not sooner. Let's get
with the program.

David,
Unfortunately, the az-observing forum strips all attachments from messages,
irrespective of size. It is what we have used for the past 20 years, so
it's not likely to change.
