...and you could tell it at midnight on Halloween as we all sat around the 
inside of the Clark dome, pearing at Mars through the 24" and scare the heck 
out of ouselves. Percival might find that quite humorous...

(Personally I just want to look at Mars through the 24" to say I've done it 
and touch the piece of history I have read so much about)

This protective cover was evidently added since I have visited "Uncle
Percy"...
Since it is coming up on Halloween season, perhaps I should re-tell the
tale of "Lowell's Ghost", as related to me years ago by (the late) Chick
Capen....
