I started with a Zhumell 10" which I really liked - they are well made with great optics. I think Orion uses the same GSO mirrors, but the Zhumell is much smoother, nicer to use and easier to collimate. It also can be balanced for heavy eyepieces. Doesn't quite hold up to the 22", but what the heck. It's a good deal for someone.
