Why don't you save the forms as templates and the user downloads the = template? -----Original Message----- From: Ilana Cohney [mailto:ilana.cohney@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Saturday, 27 March 2004 2:35 PM To: austechwriter@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: atw: Word forms Hi all, I wonder if anyone has an answer to this problem. I produce a number of = forms that are a requirement of our quality system. Users download a = form in MS Word format from our website, complete it with the relevant = details and save to a folder. The problem is that when the form is = downloaded the margins and pagination change according to the Normal = template loaded on their PC. Each form is based on a template but the = path to the template is lost when the file is downloaded. A PDF form will not work because not all staff member have Adobe Acrobat = on their PCs and management do not want to buy muliple licenses. Is there a way I can link the template to the form so that it is = downloaded together with the form so that the margins do not change? = Any other ideas or form formats that may work? All the best.
