Have you tried assigning a custom template to your forms, locating in a
"central" folder (i.e. one that everyone has access to), then implementing a
"policy" that all PC users must have the Workgroup Templates pointing to
that folder.
Cheers

Subject: atw: Word forms
Hi all,
I wonder if anyone has an answer to this problem. I produce a number of
forms that are a requirement of our quality system. Users download a form
in MS Word format from our website, complete it with the relevant details
and save to a folder. The problem is that when the form is downloaded the
margins and pagination change according to the Normal template loaded on
their PC. Each form is based on a template but the path to the template is
lost when the file is downloaded. A PDF form will not work because not all
staff member have Adobe Acrobat on their PCs and management do not want to
buy muliple licenses. Is there a way I can link the template to the form so
that it is downloaded together with the form so that the margins do not
change? Any other ideas or form formats that may work? All the best. Ilana
Cohney
