Araxis Merge is very good. It compares folders, sub folders and files,
and highlights the differences in the HTML. It also produces reports. It
is easy to use, but not free.

Does anyone know of software (doesn't have to be free) that compares all
the htm files in a folder with another version of the same files in
another folder?
I can find software that compares one htm page with another, but I have
hundreds to compare at a time.
The quality of the difference reporting is not as important as locating
which htm files are different.
