I have asked many an IT person this, and apparently there is nothing you
can do, for example - I use an email marketing software for my companies
mass emails, and I can write any email address I want as the "from'
address. Even if it doesn't exist.

You will get SPAM returns at your email only because it's the same
domain, and if you use your webmail server, all email addresses, fake or
not will be returned to your default.

One of the problems with technology! I regularly get spam returns "from"
me selling Viagra and porn...

Subject: atw: Scam using my website name

I have found scam emails being sent from office@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
which is my website name. I do not run emails using this address.

What can I do about this? If anyone out there has had this happen I
would really appreciate help.

Cheers

Jill
