Yep.  Tried it in 2003 and there isn't a vulpes velox in sight.

I am pretty sure that the lorem ipsum text insert only works in MS Word 
2007 onwards. But the quick brown fox etc code line has been a wonderfully 
useful piece of text over the years for me...

One of the few optional functions that really works ...
