To embed all linked graphics in one swoop:
1. CTRL+A to select entire document
2. Edit > Links
3. All graphics should be selected (because you did CTRL+A first) so just
select the Save Picture in Document check box.
4. Click OK.
5. Save document.

Subject: atw: Globally replace linked images with embedded images in Word

Greetings all,

I have a largish Word file with heaps of linked
graphics.

I want to globally change the linked images into
embedded images; so that I can distribute the file as
1 (rather than having to include the images with the
file when distributed).

Can anyone give me a simple solution for this.

Cheers,

Pete
