Can anyone shed any light on why we're getting these responses from 1&1
Internet? Has their support line been subscribed to austechwriter?

It's been mildly entertaining to read their responses and their attempts to
take our frivolous questions seriously, but I still wonder how it is we get
them.

Oh dear, now they'll be asking me to send them my account details, date of
birth and who knows what else, so they can answer my enquiry!
