the vst plugin shows up but the presets doesn't work and I can't get it to work when applying it
I would be interested in trying the vocal removal plugin you mentioned.

What do you mean specifically that that VST plug-in didn't work? Does it show up in the effects menu at least?

Are you trying to remove vocals from a stereo or mono track? The general way most vocal removers work is on stereo audio with vocals panned to center pan position.

I've got a Nyquist vocal remover somewhere, not sure how well it works. If you want, I'll attach it to a post and send it.
