My pleasure. One of the nice things about the Mac is that pdf handling 
is very good. And I avoid abode reader too, if I can. All my 
TechWriter manuals after 'printing' as pdfs, then are tested in 
Preview. It was often a very good way of checking if the TW structures 
were OK.
