If you knew you might need to do a fast fill in the next hour, you would
pre-chill the LOX tank. In 2008, XCOR demonstrated fast turnaround - which
included LOX Fill, Kerosene Fill, and Helium Fill - in less than 10
minutes. If the requirement is there from the beginning, you put in a big
honking LOX Vent valve, and meeting the requirement is simply a matter of
fine tuning your operations flow.
