[ARMini-support] SP7b for Pi

I'll be uploading SP7b for Pi later today. Like the ARMini one, this
resolves 1970 dates, and removes a couple of unnecessary bits.
There's also an update to TapirMail which had slipped below the radar.

It's not a critical update, but I know a few people have commented
that the 1970 date issue was frustrating (understandably), so
hopefully this will work well.
