The zip file Caution just gives a filer error stating error reading data. Also when copying the Ulgfx zip contents out I get a bad archive message for the following file:
I always think it is worth looking at the file size, see if it is zero, or at least reasonable.
A zip is a zip, you can validate it on Windows or other OS's using their zip software or even using info-zip on RISC OS.
There's a rich history along the lines of "get corrupt zip, download it again, get corrupt zip", like the corrupt zip gets stuck in a cache somewhere, can be hard to get rid of. Did someone say stick a ?stuff on the end of the URL to force the browser to go back to the host for a fresh copy.
Anyway some ideas to be going on with until Andrew appears with the correct answer.
