Right, but that's just how it is in the software world, people are in a position to fix their stuff because 1) they can, they have the problem right in front of them and 2) they are motivated. Fixing other people stuff by remote control is hard, and there are other things to do. So the pragmatic thing to do, especially since libusb 0.1 isn't being maintained, is to ship Argyll's private, patched copy of libusb with Argyll, just like I've always been saying.... Graeme Gill.
