OK, I'll change the documentation for profile and icclink to emphasize
that -qm is the place to start, and -qu should almost never be used,
except to prove that -qu should almost never be used.
(of course this won't save anyone who leaps in without glancing
at the documentation ... but -qm isn't the default for no reason.)
