I should add that you shouldn't be embarrassed about asking any
question, no matter how obvious it may seem after you've learned the
facts. I found I came with a whole set of basic misconceptions which I
had to extirpate one by one; and I'm sure I still have some. It is
worthwhile doing the reading I suggested to eliminate some of them, but
there will still be many left. And of course you don't want to end up
doing nothing but studying the subject and never applying it. So keep
the questions coming.
