Graeme, I tried spotread with the -x parameter on a WindowsXP machine and got the same results as on my Vista machine. 'tis not the home PC :(
Sorry Roger, I simply can't reproduce this, nor can I see any reason for it not to operate as intended when I look at the code. When I run: spotread -v -d -yl -x on Vista with a Huey attached, I get this: Connecting to the instrument .. Init instrument success ! Place instrument on spot to be measured, and hit [A-Z] to read white and setup FWA compensation (keyed to letter) [a-z] to read and make FWA compensated reading from keyed reference 'r' to take previous reading as the reference Hit ESC, ^C or Q to exit, any other key to take a reading: Result is XYZ: 27.144324 24.349241 5.926454, Yxy: 24.349241 0.472733 0.424055 Are you sure you are invoking it as above ? Are you sure it is the right version ? What do you get if you invoke the usage ? Graeme Gill.
