[argyllcms] Curious bug using Spotread

When I type:
> spotread -v -d -yl
I get
> Result is XYZ ...., D50 Lab: ...
But when I add the -x argument, to display Yxy instead of Lab:
> spotread -v -d -yl -x
I get nothing?
I get the same output as though I would have only typed in:
> spotread -h
Exactly. The same help info. It is as though as adding the -x flag causes
spotread to ignore my request completely.
Any ideas?
