Since you were thinking of renaming profile too, how about:

mkiccprofile
and
mkiccdevlink

or

mkprofile
mkdevlink

or something along those lines...

or the simplest options for icclink:
proflink
linkicc

long-windedness isn't necessarily a problem, as long as the names are unique within a few characters; even Windows has tab completion now.
