Look at the ISP log (Logs > Mailboxes > username) and it should tell you what it did with each message, and why. Did it actually process the headers first time and decide to defer them, or did it just not process them at all? What you mean by "but after that" - do you mean at subsequent fetches? Are you saying it runs OK when it is launched but not thereafter? What's the "RunEvery" period?
