Unfortunately, there's competition with the shower: a lecture and reading on
campus by Scott Cairns (flyer attached). He's a prof. of creative writing,
a poet, and a convert to the Greek Orthodox church. Lots of religious
themes in his writing. He's also just written a book on his pilgrimages to
Mt. Athos, the monastic center in Greece, in search of a deeper life of
prayer.
