Tim, I understand what you are saying. I have the latest OS and Design Shop Pro Plus. I originally had them both set up on the same machine. I took training just a couple of months ago and was told that it was not recommended to run both on the same machine. While you can use both on the same machine, the future software is going the direction where you will not be able to run both the OS and Design Shop because of the resources needed. I believe the idea was to keep any new users from getting in the habit of doing so to avoid future problems, but I think it would be even more of an issue if you had multiple Amaya's running from that single PC. Windows is not a true multi-tasking system, and there is a potential to interrupt the embroidery process when you are using Design Shop at the same time.
