Also...the amount of system ram as well as the amount on your video card. Hard 
drive free
space? 

The times that we've had trouble with 3D have been times when the available ram 
is low and
the drive is badly fragmented and/or low on space. Large graphic opened in DS, 
or outside
program? Multiple DS files open? Etc.

Someone hopefully will chime in, but you may want to tell us what operating 
system you're
using and if any other programs are open as well as any other technical details 
you can
think of.
 
The message appears when you click on the 3D box?
