I'll bet you are all having trouble removing the set screws because the factory would most likely use LocTite (similar to superglue) on all the bolts and screws-it keeps anything from 'vibrating' loose. A 'sharp' torque with the wrench should 'break' that glue hold and release it. Heat also does it-if you really had to, a blow dryer would heat up the bolt and help loosen the glue. Definitely have a GOOD allen wrench-no worn edges-and hold it straight and secure. If you round off a setscrew the only way to get it out is to drill it out and use an extractor-and that would be real hard to do without flipping the Amaya on its back. If you know a good auto mechanic- one with big hands and isn't a dummy-he'd know how to do it right-similar stuff on engines. Roland
